Pricing

Two services, priced simply.

Month-to-month by default — cancel with 30 days' notice. Managed IT services carries a one-time setup, waived on an annual commitment; website plans include a one-time build & setup. These prices are a starting point for planning; your actual quote depends on team size and scope.

Managed IT services

Priced to fit your size.

The software your business runs on: selection, integration, the HRIS, joiners and leavers, multi-factor authentication, and support. One plan rather than a ladder — we'd rather sell one thing that means something than three that need a chart. A user is anyone we set software up for — employees and contractors alike — so people who never log in to anything aren't on the bill.

We don't resell software. Your licences stay yours, at your price. Our fee is for making them work, never a margin on what you pay vendors — which is why cutting licences nobody uses is the first thing we look for.

Add-ons

Managed backup

$8/ user / mo

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup (mail, files, chat)
  • Canada-resident backup storage by default
  • Controlled retention window and restore on request

Priority response

$10/ user / mo

  • First response within one business hour, against next business day on the base plan
  • An escalation path agreed up front, with a named person at the end of it

Estimate your monthly cost

Examples: 8-person company, only the owner and office admin use software: 2 users, 4 licences covered — pays the $100 minimum. 12 users on 30 paid licences: 24 are covered and 6 are extra, so $180 + $30 = $210 / mo.

$150 / mo

$15 / user, $100 minimum, plus $5 / mo per licence beyond the pooled allowance, plus any add-ons checked above.

These are our fees, on top of the software licences themselves — you buy those from the vendor at the vendor's price. Where we can supply a licence through our distribution partners for less than list, we pass that price through; assume list until we've checked your particular stack. Some features need a particular licence tier before we can switch them on, and we'll tell you which on the first call rather than after you've signed. Running something this plan doesn't cover? See the one-off consulting rate below, or ask and we'll tell you honestly if it's not something we do.

Digital marketing

One managed website plan. Pick your tier.

Build, hosting, and care in a single monthly price — pick one tier, add services as you grow. Annual billing saves roughly two months.

  • Essential

    $39/ mo

    $34/mo annual · $500 setup

    • SEO- & AI-search (GEO) optimized at build: Core Web Vitals, structured data, sitemaps, llms.txt, FAQ schema
    • Uptime monitoring, SSL, backups, staging environment, security updates, basic analytics, and custom form submission handling
    • 2 small edits / mo
    Get started
  • Growth

    $229/ mo

    $199/mo annual · $500 setup, +$500 tracking / rules config

    • Everything in Signal, plus the managed layer:
    • Monthly A/B test cycle with plain-language results
    • Monthly 30-minute strategy call
    • One landing page per quarter
    • 6 edits / mo
    Get started

Growth is built for traffic above ~500 sessions/mo — below that, we run heatmap-driven iteration instead; it doesn't include ads management or e-commerce. Edit allowances aren't cumulative across tiers — Signal's 4 edits/mo replace Essential's 2 rather than adding to them, and the same holds moving into Growth's 6.

SovereignIn the works — not available yet

Canadian-owned hosting for your site, with no US-controlled services in the stack around it — Matomo rather than Google Analytics, and backups held in Canada. We're actively looking into it. Being honest about where it stands: hosting somewhere Canadian-owned is a different stack rather than a setting, so it's real work and we'd rather scope it properly than half-ship it.

If data sovereignty is a genuine constraint for you rather than a preference — a regulator, a client contract, a board that asks —tell us. Who asks, and why, is what decides whether we build it and how soon.

Extra work beyond your plan's included edits is billed at $80 / hour.

Add-on services

SEO & GEO optimization

$650/ mo

  • Ongoing search + AI-answer-engine optimization, compounding month over month rather than a one-off ranking push
  • 1 curated blog post per month
  • Business listings managed: Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect — claimed, verified, kept in sync
  • Local search tuning where your business serves a geographic area — service-area pages and citations kept consistent
  • Automated monthly SEO & performance report: keyword ranks, Search Console, Core Web Vitals, conversion summary

Ad campaign management

$500/ mo + spend

  • Curated Google / social campaigns, steered monthly for conversions
  • Management fee only — ad spend billed separately, no markup

Social media management

$650/ mo

  • Content calendar and posting across up to 3 platforms, kept on brand

Email & review campaigns

$200/ mo

  • Sale, promo, and upsell sequences run against your CRM or email platform
  • Post-job Google review requests, triggered off job or payment completion
  • Monthly send report: opens, clicks, reviews collected
Something more one-off?

Scoped and quoted before we start.

Not everything fits a monthly plan. Consulting, migrations, access and identity reviews, software rollouts, and custom integrations beyond your plan's included hours — scoped and priced as fixed quotes before any work begins. Need an hour of advice rather than a project? That's billed straight, no quote required.

General consulting

$80/ hour

The fine print
  • No long-term contracts — month-to-month by default, with an optional annual commitment that waives setup
  • Our fees are for the work, not the software — you keep your own vendor licences at your own price, and we'll tell you when a feature needs a licence tier you don't have yet
  • No hidden fees — ad spend and one-time project costs are always itemized separately
  • Every plan starts with a conversation, not a form into a void

Every business is different.

Tell us your team size and what you'd like off your plate, and we'll put real numbers to it.
